At Artaesthic, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We dedicate time, care, and attention to each order to ensure it meets our quality standards and reflects the craftsmanship we stand for.

Prepaid Orders Only
To maintain a smooth production process and provide the best possible service, we currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Returns & Refunds
As our products are handmade, custom-made, and often personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This policy allows us to create truly unique pieces made especially for each customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at shopartaesthic@gmail.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue so our team can review the situation and assist you with a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
